ThetaHealing is an energy healing technique and spiritual philosophy for the improvement of your mind, body and spirit. It is conducted while the client and practitioner are in a theta brainwave state - an altered consciousness where brainwaves are slowed to a relaxed mode.
ThetaHealing was founded in the USA in the 1990s by a woman called Vianna Stibal, a spiritual teacher and intuitive reader, who discovered the technique while seeking healing for her own health challenges.
During a Theta Healing session, the practitioner and the client sit in a comfortable and quiet space, either in person or via a virtual platform.
The session begins with an initial conversation to discuss the client's concerns, goals, and areas they wish to address.
The practitioner then guides the client into a relaxed state, to access the theta brainwave state. A combination of intuition, focused questions, and muscle testing is used to identify and address limiting beliefs and unresolved traumas stored in the subconscious mind.
Once limiting beliefs are identified, the practitioner uses verbal commands and visualisation to reprogram the subconscious and replace negative patterns with positive, empowering ones.
How might I feel after?
After a ThetaHealing session, clients often report feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a sense of clarity and empowerment as they experience a release of emotional burdens and a shift in their perspective.
