I am a certified ThetaHealing Master Instructor Reiki Master Teacher, mindfulness coach, yoga teacher and sound therapist.

I have been running retreats since 2016 in Vietnam, Dubai, Scotland and Morocco, using a combination of my knowledge and intuitive understanding of the mind, body and spirit,
